Alternatives

Synthflow alternatives after the move upmarket

Synthflow built much of its early following among agencies, and its pricing page today publishes a single enterprise plan with a $30,000 annual minimum commitment. The self-serve tiers that made it an easy first platform for a small agency are no longer listed.

If you are searching for an alternative, you are most likely one of two people: an agency that can no longer justify the entry point, or a buyer comparing options before committing. This page covers both, using figures taken from each vendor's own pricing page.

What actually changed

Synthflow's pricing page now presents an enterprise plan only, with a $30,000 annual minimum and final pricing scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support. Its documentation still describes agency accounts, sub-accounts and white-label features, so the capability has not disappeared. What has changed is the price of admission.

The lesson worth taking from it

This is the structural risk of building a client book on a platform you rent. Your pricing to clients, your margin and your delivery all sit on top of a rate card the vendor controls. When it moves, you requote, absorb it, or migrate, and migration means rebuilding every client's agent. Nothing about that is unique to one vendor; it is what renting means.

  • Ask for price-lock terms and a notice period before you sign
  • Ask what happens to your client data and configuration if you leave
  • Price your own offer so a 20 percent upstream increase does not erase your margin

The option most comparisons leave out

Every alternatives list in this category compares one subscription against another. There is a fourth option: buy the platform outright. Centricall licenses its full source code as a one-time perpetual purchase, with no monthly platform fee and no share of your revenue. You host it, brand it, price it, and no vendor can restructure your economics afterwards because there is no vendor left in the loop.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Synthflow cost now?

Synthflow's pricing page publishes a single enterprise plan with a $30,000 annual minimum commitment, with final pricing scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs and launch support. No self-serve tiers are listed. Verified August 12, 2026.

Does Synthflow still support white label and agency sub-accounts?

Its documentation still describes agency accounts, sub-accounts and white-label features, so the capability exists. The change is commercial rather than technical: the published entry point is now a $30,000 annual commitment. Verified August 12, 2026.

What is the cheapest Synthflow alternative for a small agency?

On published rates, VoiceAIWrapper starts at $29 per month for two client accounts and Trillet's Studio plan at $99 per month covers up to three workspaces. Trillet's $299 Agency plan is the usual step up for unlimited workspaces. Note that wrapper products sit on top of another platform's API, so you are exposed to two pricing structures. Verified August 12, 2026.

Is there an alternative with no monthly platform fee at all?

A perpetual source-code license removes the recurring platform fee entirely: one payment, then you pay only your own hosting, telephony and model usage at provider rates. That is how Centricall licenses its platform. It suits operators building a book of clients rather than testing an idea.

Should I migrate or stay?

Work out your all-in cost per client on your current platform and on the alternative, then add the cost of rebuilding every client agent and retraining your team. Migration is rarely worth it for a handful of accounts and is often decisive above twenty. Do the arithmetic before the sales call, not during it.
