Alternatives
Synthflow built much of its early following among agencies, and its pricing page today publishes a single enterprise plan with a $30,000 annual minimum commitment. The self-serve tiers that made it an easy first platform for a small agency are no longer listed.
If you are searching for an alternative, you are most likely one of two people: an agency that can no longer justify the entry point, or a buyer comparing options before committing. This page covers both, using figures taken from each vendor's own pricing page.
| Platform | Entry cost | Client accounts | Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Synthflow | $30,000 per year minimum commitment, enterprise plan only. | Scoped in the contract. | Scoped around call volume and concurrency. |
| Trillet | $99/mo Studio, $299/mo Agency. | Up to 3 workspaces on Studio, unlimited on Agency. | 300 minutes included on Agency, then $0.12 per minute. |
| Autocalls | $355 to $419 per month. | Unlimited sub-accounts. | 3,500 minutes included, then $0.09 per minute. |
| VoiceAIWrapper | $29 to $499 per month. | 2 clients at $29, up to 20 at $499, then $10 to $15 each. | Wraps Vapi, Retell or Ultravox; you pay those rates underneath. |
| Vapi (build it yourself) | $0.05 per minute platform fee, no monthly minimum. | Whatever you build. | Speech and model costs at provider rates on top. |
| Centricall | Hosted plans from $49/mo; perpetual license quoted per engagement. | Unlimited under the white-label license. | No platform fee or revenue share under the license. |
Synthflow's pricing page now presents an enterprise plan only, with a $30,000 annual minimum and final pricing scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support. Its documentation still describes agency accounts, sub-accounts and white-label features, so the capability has not disappeared. What has changed is the price of admission.
This is the structural risk of building a client book on a platform you rent. Your pricing to clients, your margin and your delivery all sit on top of a rate card the vendor controls. When it moves, you requote, absorb it, or migrate, and migration means rebuilding every client's agent. Nothing about that is unique to one vendor; it is what renting means.
Every alternatives list in this category compares one subscription against another. There is a fourth option: buy the platform outright. Centricall licenses its full source code as a one-time perpetual purchase, with no monthly platform fee and no share of your revenue. You host it, brand it, price it, and no vendor can restructure your economics afterwards because there is no vendor left in the loop.
Competitor pricing changes frequently. Every figure above was read from the vendor’s own published page on the date shown. Verify before quoting a client. Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
