Pricing breakdown
Ringg publishes pricing in both US dollars and Indian rupees and charges per connected minute, which is a meaningfully different unit from per minute of platform time. It appears most often in searches from real estate and sales teams looking to qualify inbound leads at volume.
Everything below is taken from Ringg's own pricing page.
| Item | United States | India |
|---|---|---|
| Voice agents | $0.10 per connected minute | ₹6 per connected minute |
| Chat and WhatsApp agents | $0.03 per 5-minute session | ₹2 per 5-minute session |
| Browser agents | $0.18 per minute | ₹15 per minute |
| Phone number | $5.99 per month | ₹499 per month |
| Advanced analytics | $0.02 per call | ₹2 per call |
| Speech-to-text API | $0.35 per hour | ₹30 per hour |
| Plans | Pay as you go, or Enterprise | Pay as you go, or Enterprise |
Charging per connected minute means you pay for conversations rather than dial attempts. For outbound campaigns with low pickup rates that is favourable, because unanswered dials do not accrue platform minutes. Compare it against a per-minute platform that bills all call time, and model it on your own connect rate rather than a vendor's example.
Analytics at two cents per call and phone numbers at $5.99 a month look immaterial until you multiply them by campaign volume and by client count. If you are packaging this for clients, build the add-ons into your own price rather than discovering them in the second month's invoice.
Lead qualification and inbound call handling are the common use cases, and the per-connected-minute model suits outbound lead follow-up in particular. As with the other developer-first platforms here, no white-label tier is published, so an agency reselling under its own brand needs a different arrangement. Centricall's real estate deployments cover the same call patterns as a managed build, with the option to license the platform outright.
