Platform comparison
Every comparison of white label voice AI platforms is written by one of the platforms, and the figures in them are almost always described as illustrative. This one uses published rate cards only, each cited and dated, and says plainly where a vendor publishes nothing.
The thing that decides your margin is not the headline monthly fee. It is what the fee includes, what each additional client costs, and whether you are allowed to bill your own clients at a markup.
| Platform | Monthly cost | Client accounts | Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| VoiceAIWrapper | $29 / $79 / $249 / $499 | 2 / 5 / 10 / 20 included, then $10 to $15 each. | Wraps Vapi, Retell or Ultravox, so you pay those rates underneath. Signed HIPAA BAA on the $499 tier only. |
| Trillet | $99 Studio, $299 Agency | Up to 3 workspaces on Studio (+$15 each), unlimited on Agency. | 100 minutes on Studio, 300 on Agency, then $0.12/min. Transferred calls $0.05/min. |
| Autocalls | $355 to $419 | Unlimited sub-accounts. | 3,500 minutes included, then $0.09/min. |
| GoHighLevel | $97 / $297 / $497 agency plans | 3 on Starter, unlimited above. | AI Employee is an add-on at $50 or $97 per sub-account, charged per account rather than as a flat fee. |
| Vendasta | $0 subscription | Unlimited client accounts. | Requires $99, $499 or $999 monthly wholesale spend. Every $1 of product spend cancels $1 of subscription. |
| Synthflow | Enterprise plan only | Scoped in the contract. | $30,000 annual minimum commitment. Self-serve tiers are no longer published. |
| Centricall | No monthly platform fee under licence | Unlimited. | One-time perpetual source-code licence, quoted per engagement. You pay your own hosting, telephony and model usage at provider rates. |
Headline monthly cost is the least useful number on a rate card, because the platforms are not selling the same unit. What separates them commercially comes down to three things you have to read the small print to find.
Some products in this category run their own voice stack. Others are an agency layer built on top of someone else's API, adding branding, sub-accounts and rebilling. VoiceAIWrapper is explicit about this, listing Vapi, Retell and Ultravox as the engines underneath. A wrapper is a legitimate and often cheap way to start, but you inherit two pricing structures, two roadmaps and two points of failure, and a change at either level reaches your clients.
Every white label comparison presents the choice as subscription A against subscription B. There is a fourth: buy the platform outright. A perpetual source-code licence removes the monthly platform fee and the revenue share entirely, and with them the risk that your economics get restructured by someone else's pricing decision. It suits an operator with a book of clients rather than one testing whether the category works, and we say so plainly on the licensing page.
Competitor pricing changes frequently. Every figure above was read from the vendor’s own published page on the date shown. Verify before quoting a client. Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Live answering services publish rates that work out at several dollars a minute. Here is the arithmetic, and what each option actually completes.
Two developer-first voice platforms, compared on published per-minute pricing, what each figure includes, and what HIPAA costs on top.
Synthflow's published pricing is now enterprise-only at a $30,000 annual minimum. What that means and where agencies priced out of it go next.
